Zanjir

Zanjir means chain, and this piece is about chain of events, chain of connections and chain of command.

This is a collaboration between composer Kaveh Vares and choreographer Louise Crnkovic–Friis, in association with the composer festival in Amsterdam 2012. The orchestra and dancers are one in the space on stage and follow their individual path though the piece while connecting and disconnecting.
